4. Who can access it
Only authorised Kristoma employees handling the enquiry can access it. Hosting, email delivery and security providers may process data solely on Kristoma’s instructions. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for third-party advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond, administer a possible shipment and document the communication. Data is kept longer only when required for contractual, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
